Hours: Monday – Friday (+ AM IST – 5 PM IST)

Summary:
You will be responsible for recruiting and managing operations as the Human Resources Administrator. We are looking for flexible and eager individuals to grow in our fast-paced industry. You will be communicating with the educational institutions to hire new graduates. You will also manage accounts, equipment, and other operations as required.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Develop effective recruiting plans and strategies
Source applicants through various methods, including advertising, recruiters, job sites, social media career fairs, online platforms
Pre-screen job candidates
Review resumes and qualifications to determine the suitability of candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers
Inform candidates fully about the job and company.
Brief and debrief candidates before and after interviews
Conduct references checks
Facilitate pre-employment testing as well as new employee onboarding and orientation
Manage office space and equipment
Additional duties, as assigned
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human resources or a similar field
1-2 experience in a similar role
