Job Duties/Responsibilities
✓ Manage Admin and HR functions for an IT services company
✓ First point of contact for administrative helpdesk and HR helpdesk
✓ Help with daily to-do items including but not limited to:
Vendor management and relationship buildingVendor records, MSA, NDA and complianceOnboard new employees and process new Joiner inductionsHelp with initial onboarding formalities and calls with new joinersLiaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal complianceMaintain relevant employee information (e.g., new hires, vacation, leaves, and separation)Manage contractor workforceArrange travel accommodations and process expense formsAssist in the recruitment process and liaise with recruitment agenciesSet up interviews and issue relevant correspondenceAnswer/take calls for employee related concerns and questionsReporting around all HR efforts and impact.Prepare and process weekly and monthly payrollsManage Canadian and India regions in both HR and Admin aspectsManage Canada immigration paperwork and processSystematic Documentation of related work
Requirements
✓ Proven experience in HR and administration for IT company
✓ 3-6 years’ experience in relevant field
✓ Strong administration and documentation skills
✓ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
✓ Good knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Office, as well as good telephone manners
✓ Well-developed interpersonal skills and able to deal with colleagues at all levels.
✓ Previous experience in a similar role, good to have B2B company experience
