Iconic Resourcing is delighted to be supporting a long-standing client in the recruitment of an experienced HR Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established organisation with a strong people-first culture and a national presence.
We’re looking for a confident and proactive HR professional who can provide comprehensive support across a wide range of people matters, working closely with operational leaders to drive positive outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
• Providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations, performance, and organisational change.
• Supporting managers with complex HR cases, including absence, grievance, and disciplinary matters.
• Advising on recruitment activity and workforce planning in collaboration with internal teams.
• Using HR data and insights to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
• Contributing to wider HR projects such as policy development, restructures, and change programmes.
What we’re looking for:
• CIPD qualified (or working towards) with solid generalist HR experience.
• Strong understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and coach.
• A collaborative mindset and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
• Flexibility to travel across multiple UK sites (some overnight stays required).
