We’re looking for someone who can help us grow this amazing team with the right key hires. As our HR Analyst, you’ll build and run the processes that connect us with top talent around the globe. You’ll help shape the future of our company and enhance our effort to attract, recruit, and retain diverse talent.
You Will
• Compile HR data and metrics from the human resource system and help leadership in decision making and other ad-hoc activities that arises as we grow
• Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates by posting JDs on various channels and using creative ways of reaching the right audiences
• Support recruitment process by managing the application and hiring process as candidates progress, including setting up and debriefing from interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders
• Analyze competitors practices and make recommendations to management
• Facilitate implementation of new employee training, development, recruiting, and other HR related initiatives

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management or related field
