JoJob Summary:
The HR Analytics role is both a strategic and hands-on role leading and facilitating the key decisions and action plan. The role drives the value "Numbers don't Lie". Reporting to the Head of Performance and Rewards, this role will directly manage the Employee Data & reporting team. In addition, this individual is responsible for managing the HRIS system (Darwinbox), so we have the metrics and information available and also work with the Audit team to drive efficient and compliant processes. The HR Analyst needs to have the experience to drive insights from various data points and support the team in building an efficient action plan. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact with a growing global company working with a team of experts.
Responsibilities:
● Manage a small team for supporting in managing the HRIS system
● Predictive analytics and reporting
● Design company policies and procedures
● Lead Internal & External Audits with the Compliance team
● Support the Rewards team with various Benefits programs
Requirements:
● Work experience as an HR Analyst or a similar role. Minimum 2 years of work experience in the same space
● Experience in working with vendors - BGV, Benefits portfolio, etc
Experience in building dashboards and analytics
● Strong project management and consulting skills; build strong partnerships, manage vendor relations, and drive execution to the achievement of the right results Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as interpersonal skills
● Ability to manage ambiguity independently, yet work collaboratively within a team environment and have fun while working smart
