The Human Resources Analyst position is responsible for performing HR functions such as administering and providing guidance on employee benefits and leave and disability programs, including, but not limited to, paid time off, leave without pay, short-term disability, FMLA, processing employee transactions, assisting and/or managing onboarding and offboarding, HR data management, and other human resource functions. • Organizes, files, and tracks employee records and documentation
• Processes all HR-related transactions

• Generates periodic reports as requested/needed
• Performs other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
