Job Description
The Human Resources Analyst - Workforce Planning will play a critical role in supporting the development of a stable, secure, and future-proof workforce across four physical sites. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Providing accurate guidance and support on workforce planning related software and systems
Assisting with and advising senior staff on NFSA's workforce planning strategy
Completing various allocated projects relating to workplace and workforce planning
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in the GLAM or creative sector workforce planning
Effective stakeholder management skills and application of effective time management
About Our Team
The Workforce and Culture team is part of the Corporate Branch and plays a critical role in achieving the NFSA's strategic goals. The team partners with managers across the organization to deliver and manage all elements of human resources, including workforce planning, payroll, learning and development, and more.
