We are a disability support service provider based in the inner city. We offer a +-day fortnight, a parking bay, flexibility for family commitments, phone and laptop provided, 5 weeks' annual leave, 13 weeks long service leave after 7 years together with numerous other health and wellbeing perks. We are open to considering part-time options for the right candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities
The role of the Human Resources and Industrial Relations Co-ordinator will be to ensure the delivery of the human resource function and industrial relations support to the organisation is efficient and sound.
Co-ordinate the human resource function.
Provide high level strategic and operational advice on human resourcing or industrial relations issues.
Develop and advise on human resource practices, including WHS, remuneration, diversity and inclusion and wellbeing strategies.
Partner with the Corporate Services team to ensure comprehensive human resource and industrial relation practices are maintained.
Assist with the management of responses in industrial relations matters.
Qualifications & Skill Requirements
University degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations, Law or a similar commerce degree
NDIS Worker Screening Check (NB: if a Check is not then held by you, then we can provide the forms for you to obtain a Check before the role commences).
Experience in a similar role within a medium to large sized enterprise.
Demonstrated experience of interacting with a wide variety of people.
Personable and friendly communication style.
Sound attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multi-task with strong organisational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
