Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate screenings.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems.
• Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Respond to general HR inquiries from employees and managers.
• Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in an administrative role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
• This position will typically work in an office environment.
• May occasionally be required to work outside of normal business hours to accommodate recruitment and other HR-related activities
