Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas:
Understanding job requirements and finding the best channel to advertise them
Sourcing candidates from various portals such as Naukri, Linkedin, etc
Screen & schedule interviews as per the respective Managers' availability
Salary negotiation with shortlisted candidates
Employment verification, document verification and rolling out offer letter/appointment letter
Training & onboarding - Documentation, introduction to the team, official credential generations for internal apps and communications
Attendance Management - Checking daily EODs received from the team, leaves, biweekly EOD report, monthly EOD and leaves calculation for salary
Managing store roster
Admin activities - followup for timely payments of various subscriptions with accounts, overlooking the store operation/housekeeping team, reimbursements of the team
Handling all grievances reported smoothly
Performance Management. Check regularly if the team members are carrying out work as per the KPI. Weekly/Monthly report.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
