Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant at Espangle in Gurugram. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks, including HR management, maintaining HRIS, benefits administration, and training coordination.
Strategy Development: The founder's office is responsible for developing the company's long-term strategy. This involves defining the company's mission, vision, and values, as well as identifying the market opportunity and developing a plan to capitalize on it.
Resource Management: The founder's office is responsible for managing the company's resources, including finances, human capital, and technology. This involves developing budgets, hiring employees, and managing the company's technology infrastructure.
Performance Management: The founder's office is responsible for monitoring the company's performance against its strategic objectives. This involves developing KPIs, tracking progress against those KPIs, and making adjustments as necessary to ensure that the company is on track to meet its goals.
Investor Relations: The founder's office may spend time communicating with investors to keep them updated on the company's progress and ensure that they are aligned with the company's goals.
Networking: The founder's office may attend networking events to build relationships with potential partners, investors, or customers.
Decision-Making: The founder's office will make key decisions that impact the direction of the company, such as product development, marketing strategy, or hiring decisions.
Qualifications
Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Knowledge of Benefits Administration
Experience in Training coordination
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
