Role Description
This is a full-time Assistant Manager Human Resources role based in New Delhi. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for Lead the recruitment process for non-IT positions, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
Onboarding:
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a positive and seamless experience from their first day.
Develop onboarding materials and conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture.
Work closely with hiring managers to coordinate training and integration plans for new hires.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs within the organization and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to support employee development.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Employee Engagement:
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale, including recognition programs, team-building activities, and communication strategies.
Foster a culture of open communication and feedback, ensuring that employee voices are heard and valued.
Monitor employee satisfaction and engagement levels, and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns.
Policy Making:
Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company values and legal requirements.
Review and update existing policies as needed to reflect changes in legislation or company practices.
Communicate policies effectively to employees and provide guidance on interpretation and compliance.
