The HR Director will be picking up the HRIS work however will need to find an HR Admin to pick up some of the high touch general HR areas
The role will handle basic HR questions, assist with managing/paying benefits invoices, helping with onboarding new employees (provide benefits intro), help with LOA questions inquires, assist with scheduling interviews/meetings, maintain employee files and help with any HR projects or meetings

Onsite daily for training 2 weeks-Month. Then hybrid 2 days onsite: Tuesday and Thursday
