Job Description
Essential Roles & Responsibilities
•Support both the HR and Safety team managing confidential records such as onboarding, benefits, medical, worker’s compensation, and other confidential documents.
•Responsible for ordering office supplies.
•Maintain in-house bulletin board communication for all Units, Steel Ball and Pre-Processing.
•Assist both departments with filing, scanning, faxing, and storing records.
•Assist EHS Safety Manager with PPE cabinets, safety shoe and safety glass orders.
•Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned.
Essential Skills & Role Qualifications
•Well organized, detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task while having the ability to prioritize assignments.
•Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Education/Experience
•High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
•1-3 years of office experience preferred.
Work Conditions & Safety:
• Work conditions are typical for an office environment in a manufacturing facility.
• Must have the ability to walk and move safely through the buildings, prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Additional work conditions include standing, filing, moving files and boxes, working on a computer, and lifting up to 15 lbs
