Chow Tai Fook Fairview Mall is looking for a Full Time Human Resources Assistant.

Duties:

Prepare job postings, conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews
Prepare HR documentation, offer letters, employment letters and employee communications
Input and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records
Facilitates employee learning and development programs
Assist in the implementation, and maintenance of the company policies
Stay updated with labor laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance
Apply high standards of product knowledge and selling skills to maximize all sales opportunities
Provide excellent customer service, acknowledge and assist customers
Be energetic and motivated to hit sales targets
Qualifications:

University degree in Human Resources or related field
CHRP/CHRL designation or working towards designation
Experience with HRIS would be a strong asset
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Strong understanding and knowledge of HR related legislation
Strong sense of business ethics and personal integrity to maintain confidentiality
