We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The HR Intern will assist in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the HR field.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment & Selection: Assist in posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new hires, including document collection/signing, coordinating introductions, and helping them settle in the company.
• Employee Engagement: Help in organizing team-building activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• HR Documentation: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Administrative Support: Provide administrative support.
• Learning & Development: Support in coordinating training programs and tracking employee development.
Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Google doc, sheets, etc.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
