Role Description:
A&B Global Mining, India is seeking an experienced HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. The HR Assistant will be responsible for providing human resource support to the Business unit in India. This role will play a critical part in attracting, retaining and developing the best talent, and ensuring that the company complies with all HR-related regulations and policies.
The HR Assistant will work closely with all the departments, to ensure that HR strategies and policies are aligned with the overall business objectives and meet the needs of the organisation. The candidate must have a strong understanding of in employment laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and a passion for HR.
Requirements:
• MBA in Human Resources & Finance
• 2-3 years’ experience in an HR Role
• Strong understanding of Indian employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities will include:
• Implement HR strategies and policies to support the overall business objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
• Administer HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
• Ensure that all HR data is accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained.
• Assist with the development of training and development programs to meet the needs of the organization.
Ensure that the company is compliant with all HR-related regulations and policies, including employment laws and labour laws.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Support the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure that HR initiatives are aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring that all new employees receive the necessary orientation and training to effectively perform their job duties.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all HR-related laws, regulations, and best practices, and ensure that the organisation is in compliance with all relevant legislation.
• Participate in the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs to promote employee satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with managers and supervisors to provide guidance and support on performance management processes, including performance appraisals, goal setting, and performance improvement plans
