Vous êtes une personne collaborative, attentive aux détails et prête à mettre la main à la pâte—qu’il s’agisse de coordonner un processus de recrutement, organiser un événement d’équipe ou soutenir les opérations de bureau.

RESPONSABILITÉS

Recrutement & Marque Employeur

• Coordonner le processus de recrutement complet : publication des offres, tri des CV, planification des entrevues, communication avec les candidat.e.s

• Soutenir les gestionnaires d’embauche et les agences de recrutement

• Rédiger et envoyer les lettres d’offre ; assurer le suivi des descriptions de poste et des publications

• Accroître la visibilité de la marque employeur sur LinkedIn, Indeed et Glassdoor

• Maintenir une expérience candidat positive et transparente à chaque étape

Intégration & Départ

• Préparer la documentation employé et les trousses d’accueil

• Planifier les activités d’accueil et recueillir les commentaires

• Soutenir les processus de départ et les entrevues de sortie

Formation & Développement

• Aider à coordonner les formations internes et assurer le suivi de la participation

• Maintenir les dossiers de formation et développement à jour

Gestion du bureau & Événements

• Participer à l’organisation des événements d’équipe, célébrations et activités au bureau

• Veiller à ce que les espaces de travail demeurent accueillants et bien organisés

Administration RH Générale

• Mettre à jour et maintenir les dossiers employés avec exactitude

• Contribuer aux communications internes RH et projets en cours

FORMATION & EXPÉRIENCE

• 0 à 1 ans d’expérience en RH, coordination de bureau ou soutien administratif

• Solides compétences en organisation et gestion du temps

• Capacité à gérer des informations confidentielles avec discrétion

• Connaissance de Google Workspace, LinkedIn ou d’un SIRH (un atout)

• Excellente communication écrite et orale en français et en anglais

You are collaborative, detail-oriented, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves, whether it’s coordinating a recruitment process, planning a team event, or supporting office operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment & Employer Brand
• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates
• Support hiring managers and recruitment agencies throughout the process
• Draft and send offer letters; track job descriptions and postings
• Enhance employer brand visibility across LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor
• Maintain a positive and transparent candidate experience at every stage

Onboarding & Offboarding
• Prepare employee documentation and welcome packages
• Schedule onboarding activities and collect feedback
• Support offboarding processes and exit interviews

Training & Development
• Help coordinate internal training sessions and track participation
• Maintain learning and development records

Office Management & Events
• Assist with the coordination of team events, celebrations, and in-office experiences
• Ensure the workspace remains welcoming and organized

General HR Administration
• Update and maintain accurate employee records
• Support with internal HR communications and ongoing projects

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• 0–1 years of experience in HR, office coordination, or administrative support
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, LinkedIn, or an HRIS system is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
