Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide support to our CEO & Founders. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, with strong communication skills, a keen learning aptitude, and proficiency in CRM and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting CEO & Founders:
• Provide administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and email correspondence.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
• Manage communication between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
HR Operations:
• Assist in HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Maintain and update HR records and employee files.
• Coordinate with HR teams for smooth execution of HR policies and procedures.
Team Handling:
• Support team management activities by coordinating tasks, schedules, and meetings.
• Assist in the organization and execution of team events and projects.
Basic Procurement:
• Oversee the procurement process by liaising with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure timely and cost-effective purchase of necessary goods and services.
• Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions.
• Business Meeting Follow-ups:
• Track action items and follow-ups from business meetings.
• Ensure that deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes as needed.
Requirements:
• 1 to 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Excel.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
