The ideal candidate will actively support various HR functions, with a strong emphasis on Hiring, training & development, policy implementation, and employee onboarding. This role is key in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring HR practices are aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Training & Development:
• Support planning and execution of employee training programs to enhance skills and performance.
• HR Operations Support:
• Assist in day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth operations across departments.
• Employee Induction:
• Manage and conduct onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
• HR Software Management:
• Operate and maintain HRIS or HR-related software for accurate employee data tracking.
• Employee Records:
• Regularly update and maintain employee data sheets and documentation.
Qualifications
• Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience:
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in HR role.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with HR software/tools is a plus
