Job Summary:
We’re looking for a diligent, proactive, and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate to support and drive HR initiatives across Talent Management and Talent Acquisition.
This role will play a key part in executing end-to-end people processes — from hiring and onboarding to employee lifecycle management, engagement, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be a people-first professional who enjoys balancing structure, empathy, and execution excellence.
Based on your application, experience, and interview performance, we will evaluate and map your profile to the most suitable team—Talent Management or Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities for Talent Acquisition :-
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through effective sourcing strategies and engagement with potential candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and align on timelines and expectations.
Key Responsibilities for Talent Management :-
• Administer employee benefits, leave management, payroll data updates, and maintain accurate employee records on the HRMS.
• Manage probation and performance management processes, ensuring timely reviews and adherence to internal timelines.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely resolution or escalation through the HR helpdesk.
• Coordinate exit management end-to-end, including documentation, exit interviews, and compliance with separation processes.
• Audit internal HR processes to ensure adherence to SOPs, policies, and defined workflows.
• Create, update, and maintain HR process documents, policies, and SOPs, and manage HRMS data accuracy and workflows.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR with exposure to recruitment, operations, and people processes.
• Prior experience in bulk hiring for non-technical roles (preferred).
• Familiarity with Darwinbox or similar HRMS platforms (preferred).
• Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office, and HR tools.
