Job Duties
• Be a core contributor to the company s overall growth strategy.
• Support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with Wife on strategic initiatives.
• Maintain and elevate Wife's talent by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Recruit, acquire talent, and onboard new hires.
• Overall performance management and liaison between the management and the employees.
• Manage payrolls and benefits for employees.
• Create retention strategies.
• Create marketing and communication strategies in line with the brand values and thereafter enhance its positioning in the market.
• Think forward and anticipate future trends, opportunities and prospective successes for Wife.
• Be collaborative, a number thinker and be fact-driven.
Qualifications & Skills
• A Bachelors / Masters / Specialized course in relevant functions
• Confidence, tact, strong people-skills, intuitive
• Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
• Strong command of language - oral and written
• High-degree of understanding of people and critical crisis management
• Strong leadership skills
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in HR Management
