As a Human Resource Business Partner for 7sHR, you will be handling one or more of our clients from the start-up space

Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for handling employee life-cycle
• You will ensure that the all the compliances are being met in a timely manner working closely with our compliance team
• You will be responsible for attendance management and payroll
• You will maintain data for analytics and metrics
• You will be responsible for Performance Management System
• You will be responsible for maintaining the HRMIS
• You will conduct employee engagement activities
• You will formulate and implement HR policies
• You will help organization to build and maintain its culture and climate
• You will handle all employee grievances and queries
• You will conduct internal surveys
• You will manage recruitment coordination

Must-Haves:
• Bachelors Degree
• 1-3 years of professional HR experience
• Incredible attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office

Skills:

You have brilliant organizational skills.

You juggle tasks, work strange hours, if needed, travel at short notice and produce great work to challenging deadlines without support.

You love your clients.

You need to be fully invested in their success. Never work for clients you don't respect, it won't work.

You are an expert in your field and understand theoretical frameworks, but can translate these into workable solutions for clients.

HR skills on their own won't work, you have to understand the bottom line and pre-empt

You are professional, you hold yourself to the highest level of ethics, confidentiality and integrity.
