Job Description
We are looking for Human Resource Associates, who will be responsible for assisting in HR processes like recruitment, database management, onboarding, employee engagement, employee query handling, training, and exits, etc. The ideal candidate should be focused, adaptive, and willing to learn new techniques in a start-up culture.
Responsibilities
Recruiting- managing end to end recruitment - sourcing and screening of potential candidates, coordinating interviews, final selection and offer rollouts, managing database using ATS.
Onboarding - ensuring smooth induction, document collection, assisting new joinees, etc
Maintaining employee database
Handling Keka (HR Software) for tracking leaves and expenses, maintaining the database, payroll etc
Handling employee engagement initiatives and queries
Coordinating training programs
Off-boarding - ensuring a smooth exit
Generating letters like offer letter, experience letter, etc.
Handling insurance-related activities
Handling day to day operational activities
Assisting in HRBP and Admin activities
Skills
6-10 years of relevant experience
Experience with recruitment
Prior experience in Payroll and use if Keka or other HRIS
