Role : Talent Partner / HR Associate
Location - Hyderabad (On-site)
About the role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent partner who will be delivering high-quality operational people management responsibilities, including employee experience & retention, performance management, employee relations, compliance & risk management, compensation & reward, diversity & inclusion, and workplace health & safety, this role partners with our company.
Job Responsibilities:
• As a generalist practitioner, you will own the employee processes across the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding.
• Assist in end-to-end hiring whenever necessary (both tech and non-tech).
• With a strong background in employee engagement, you will make recommendations to reduce turnover, improve retention and drive ideas and concepts through project management stages to implementation
• Maintain your in-depth knowledge of employment legislation to reduce legal risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Partner with employees to develop and deliver well-being, culture, diversity, and engagement initiatives to build and maintain employee engagement
• Partner with the HR Leadership & Business Leaders to design, deliver & implement change management initiatives
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and grievances.
• Contribute to policy development and implementation in relation to industrial and employee relations matters.
We are looking for someone who has the following:
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, management, or related field
• 2+ years of human resource experience
• Prior SaaS or other high-growth sector and/or high-growth companies strongly preferred.
• Solid business partnering skills and HR acumen, including problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, coaching skills, and project management abilities
• Experience working with people data and metrics, and the ability to present information in different formats to a range of audiences
• Excellent communication skills including the ability to craft high-quality HR documentation as well as playful, engaging internal and ad hoc external people-related content
