Job Responsibilities
- Provide day to day HR operations support to the hiring team and manage the onboarding of each candidate.
- Able to provide onboarding and recruiting support to the team.
- Manage Internal HR systems and data bases.
- Create detailed reports.
- Providing support for pay roll.
Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
- Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
- Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Team management skills
Work Location - Mumbai
