HR Program Associate
Work Location - Chennai
Job Focus:
Design and initiate various HR and Staffing programs around enhancing Employee Experience that covers entire employee life cycle management.
Key Accountabilities:
· Designs, Plans and enable human resource programs.
· Writes and revises job descriptions and roles & responsibilities.
· Designs and helps execute employee development programs.
· Researches, analyzes data and prepares reports on HR trends, to support current program execution.
Required Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of human resource management, dynamics of employee development and professional growth, and training program design and presentation.
• Ability to compose and present comprehensive reports.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especiallyExcel, PowerPoint and Word
Education and Experience:
· First Class Master's degree in HR, Organizational Studies (MBA, MA, MSW) or a related field and three to five years of work experience
· Program Management and HR experience in a fast moving, start-up or MNC working directly with senior management
