Job Summary:
We are looking for a driven person who is eager to go beyond the JD, a highly motivated HR Specialist with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our dynamic team. This role requires an individual who can think creatively, take initiative, and drive innovative approaches, and wants to create global impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize a creative and entrepreneurial approach to identify potential candidates through conventional & unconventional channels, networks, and innovative sourcing strategies
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline by thinking outside the box and exploring new avenues for candidate engagement
• Challenge conventional hiring practices by exploring alternative ways to assess candidates and identify their potential beyond traditional qualifications
• Actively contribute to communicating a unique and appealing brand that sets us apart in the market
• Collaborate with other teams to create innovative job postings and employer brand content
• Stay ahead of industry trends and bring a unique edge in the org
• Be a thought leader in the field of talent acquisition, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to the team
• Create and implement the best culture that nurtures innovation and entrepreneurship
• Implement HR best practices and set new standards of excellence in the organization
Qualifications:
• Driven, passionate to grow in life
• Entrepreneurial/intrapreneurial mindset
• Deep desire to create huge impact in the world
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Minimum 3 years and maximum + years of experience as HR
