Job Description
Your day-to-day responsibilities include (but aren t limited to):
• Carrying out the entire recruitment lifecycle (screening to onboarding)
• Establish relations with engineering campuses across the country and coordinate the campus hiring process.
• Draft Offer Letters, Transfer letters, Relieving letters and any other employee/statutory letters
• Handle Induction of new joinees & Training for new joinees and existing employees.
• Handle Exit procedure smoothly
• Prepare monthly HR MIS and all other reports as desired by the management on time to time basis
• Provide payroll data to the finance team
• Coordinate with stakeholders within the organization to ensure smooth functioning of the HR
• activities
• Conduct Employee Engagement activities and address Employee grievances
• Handling the entire Employee Lifecycle
• Assist the VP - People Operations in various HR initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
• High energy, high enthusiasm, with excellent communication skills
• 1 to 2 years of experience in IT recruitments & generalist HR activities
• Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills
• Analytical thinker with an ability to grasp new things quickly
• Demonstrated relentlessly high standards and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA - HR, MSW, MPM, BMS- HR
• Previous experience working in software industry
