We have an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates/early-career professionals to join our Resource Management Group in Mumbai. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start their careers in workforce planning, coordination, and operations, while being part of India’s leading software testing lab.
Job Title: Resource Management Executive (Fresher/Entry-Level)
Location: Mumbai – Work from Office
Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers are welcome)
Employment Mode: Full-Time
Role Overview
As part of our Resource Management Team, you will assist in workforce allocation, record management, and team coordination to ensure seamless project execution. This role provides an excellent platform to build a career in resource planning, operations, and HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain and update the resource database and availability tracker.
• Assist in allocating and scheduling resources across projects.
• Coordinate with HR and project teams to gather required data.
• Prepare and update reports on resource utilization.
• Learn and apply resource management tools and processes.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA/BMS HR/Operations/IT).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; willingness to learn resource planning tools.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
