Role Overview
We’re seeking a high-performing HR Associate with proven expertise in Non-IT recruitment and a strong foundation in core HR practices.
This role combines end-to-end hiring responsibilities with opportunities to drive people-centric initiatives across the organization. You will partner closely with business leaders to identify and hire top talent while also supporting employee engagement, performance management, and cultural development initiatives that make Traya a great place to work.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Develop and execute sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other innovative channels.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening to coordination, offer rollout, and closure.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across diverse business functions including HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Content, Brand, Product, Analysts, Performance Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain, and New Product Development (NPD).
Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, design structured hiring processes, and ensure alignment on expectations.
Share recruitment dashboards, pipeline health updates, and hiring insights with stakeholders.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and strengthen employer branding through every candidate interaction.
HR Business Partnering
Act as a trusted HR partner for employees and managers across functions.
Support employee engagement, performance management, and cultural initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.
Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and assimilation of new hires to ensure a smooth transition.
Assist in implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance, and driving consistency in HR operations.
Collaborate with the team on recognition programs, feedback mechanisms, and employee well-being initiatives.
Gather and analyze employee feedback to identify trends and recommend actions that improve engagement and retention.
Support HR data management, reporting, and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with a strong focus on Non-IT hiring (HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Content, Brand, Product, Analysts, etc.).
Exposure to or strong interest in HR Business Partnering, including engagement and performance management.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms, and data tracking tools.
Combination of execution excellence, data orientation, and people intuition.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
