Linecraft AI HR team is growing and we are looking for an HR Associate who can work cross functionally and manage a central generalist role. What will your day-to-day look like:
• Working on employee engagement and contributing to the overall culture of Linecraft AI.
• Recruiting for scale across functions.
• Working on end-to-end employee lifecycle, including hiring to exit (this includes strategizing recruitment models, onboarding, analyzing internal data points such as attrition, engagement, performance).
• Working on scaling, streamlining and solidifying internal processes.
• Reviewing HR compliance and policies.
• Capturing feedback from team members and converting them to actionables to make Linecraft a fulfilling and happy place to work.
• Working on internal learning & development needs/gaps and bridging them with training modules.
• Managing and creating content for our HR department, social media, events, etc.

More about you:
• You've got 2+ years of experience in HR across multiple verticals preferably in a generalist role.
• You've got a bachelor's/master's degree in Human Resources / Industrial Organizational Psychology.
• You're a team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, great organizational skills, willingness to learn and the ability to manage multiple tasks while adapting to shifting priorities.
• You have a people-centric mindset.
• You've got excellent communication and writing skills.

Our unique technology collects and analyzes large amounts of data from industrial machines and recommends ways to optimize efficiency using machine learning and domain expertise.
Our mission is to help manufacturers squeeze out more productivity from their production lines. We identify opportunities, which are hidden from the human eye, using our one of a kind algorithm.
