Job Description
• Support all aspects of visa processing and mobility documentation in coordination with employees, consultants, and external counsel
• Manage tracking and timelines for immigration filings to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Prepare or assist in the preparation of support letters, forms, and responses to immigration inquiries or requests for evidence submitted to USCIS
• Provide high-quality advisory support to employees on visa stamping, embassy processes, and business travel readiness
• Collaborate with travel coordinators and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery for inbound/outbound assignments and business travelers
• Assist in relocation operations and expatriate assignment support when required
• Contribute to process documentation and continuous improvement efforts
• Participate in special initiatives or cross-functional HR projects as assigned
• Collect, analyze, and visualize HR and mobility-related data to identify trends, track compliance, and optimize mobility processes
• Develop dashboards and regular reports summarizing key mobility metrics (e.g., visa processing times, relocation volumes, assignment durations)
• Provide data insights that support compliance tracking, process improvements, and strategic workforce mobility planning
• Partner with the HR Analytics or Reporting team to align data outputs with broader global reporting standards
• Support ad hoc analytical and data requests from leadership and global HR teams
