Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
• Implementation of Zoho HR apps.
• Customization of Zoho People for employee data management, time tracking, attendance, and performance.
• Setup of Zoho Recruit for applicant tracking, job postings, and interview workflows.
• Integration of Zoho WorkDrive for HR document management and collaboration.
• Training and onboarding of the internal HR team.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience implementing Zoho HR apps.
• Familiarity with Zoho One ecosystem and integration capabilities.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
