Job Title: Dy Manager /Manager – Business HR
Location: Singur, (Hooghly District of West Bengal)
Reports to: AGM - HR
CTC Range: Upto 10.0 L/A (Family Accommodation will be provided by the company).
Experience: 5-7 years’ experience. Plant HR Generalist candidate must have strong experience, over 4 years work experience in a manufacturing organization.
Qualification: Post Graduate in Human Resources from a reputed college/university
Job Description
Manpower Planning and Talent acquisition
• Overall responsibility of managing Manpower Planning, approvals and Talent Acquisition process for all positions at Plant for all business divisions CBD, CTP, SNF, By-products, and Common areas of business by exercising the following:
• Monitor all open positions continuously to ensure closure of recruitment within agreed lead time (time between receipt of Manpower Requisition Form (MRF).
• Org Structure with JD for each positions to have more clarity in reporting structure.
• Analysis and reporting on a monthly basis.
Onboarding and Induction
• To execute proper onboarding plan of the new joiners and ensure Corporate Induction and Functional induction for each new joinee in consultation with to enable them to integrate with company’s culture, work environment and business goals.
HRMIS & Reporting
a) MIS on HR to maintain capturing relevant information connected with important HR areas.
b) Take responsibility of timely preparation of HR MIS.
c) Preparation of Plant HR report by 5th day of the month.
Exit Management
• Comply with Exit Interview policy laid down in HR policy Manual.
• Ensure that exit interviews are conducted and data is maintained systematically.
• Take proactive steps through employee interaction and provide timely feedback to supervisors/ managers to check attrition and enhance retention.
Employee Engagement
• To take leadership in planning, initiate and execute different types of employee engagement programs through an employee engagement calendar for Plant.
• Responsible for designing of R & R programs related to all functions at HSCL.
• Performance Management
• Ensuring implementation and coordination of Performance Management process across the organisation through proper workshops, templates, and completion of Bi – Annual appraisal processes.
• Design the Annual Increment Plan based on Annual Performance Rating and roll-out the increment communication to employees.
