Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Handling queries and grievances of the employee within the framework of the company policy and carry out detailed investigations if needed.
• Must have experience in employee engagement .
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
• Prepare HR dashboards and reports for the management.
• Ensure training and grooming of the HR Team to enhance their performance.
• Closely monitor the day to day activities of the team and take corrective measures as needed.
• Keep a regular check on the active count of the span and getting the same validated from the Ops Team on a regular basis.
• Supporting the business in all HR related queries for a smooth day to day operation.
• Handing Negative BGV Cases as and when needed as per the company policy.
• Coordinating with the other support departments (IT, Admin, Finance, Central HR) for smooth functioning of the BU HR.
• Coordinate with the BU for closure of all discipline/ performance related escalations as per the company policy.
Experience:2-4years is required for this role.
Key Requirements:
• Should have a pleasing personality with excellent communication skills (Native/ Professional level proficiency in English as well as the local language).
• Should be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Should be able to work in a dynamic environment.
• Should have an analytical bend of mind with a keen sense of observation and a proactive approach.
• Employee engagement will be an advantage.
