HR Business Partner Summary/Objective The HR business partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with people strategies and engagement in the designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to business leaders on people related matters. The HRBP acts as an employee champion and a change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs, communicating the needs proactively and develop integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to business leaders and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.Required Experience Minimum of 5 to 8 years' experience in similar role as HRBP preferably in IT / ITeS Industry Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws, Lifecycle HR Operations, Employee Engagement.Excellent knowledge working with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT) is mustProficiency with Digital HR Tool Preferred Education Bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited college or universityPG / master’s in human resource management from an accredited universityWork Location Vadodara – Gujarat – working from office location
