Job Description
· Prepare & maintain manpower budget in line with the business plan
· Partner with business /Line Managers with changes in policies and procedures, if any.
· Talent Acquisition / benchmarking in industry
· Planning and recruiting sales workforce /Delivery as per the business requirement.
· Setting up a systematic onboarding process for the on-roll and off-roll workforce.
· Counselling/grievance handling of the employees to maintain a healthy work environment.
· Employee Engagement.
· Building awareness and training on various benefits and other HR processes for all the employees in the region.
· Ensuring correct documentation and coordinating with COE functions on Salary inputs and another benefit deployment.
· Single point of contact for employee grievance handling for the region.
· Ensuring conducive employee relationship is built and maintained Implementing employee connect programs for enhancing employee engagement.
· Implementing HR policies and process consistently in the region with the support of the Corporate HR and Business Heads.
Desired Candidate Profile
· MBA - HR
· 6 -8 years of experience in Sales HR / HRBP
CTC Range: 10 to 15 Lacs per annum
