Mandatory Requirements
• MBA/PG in HR from the Tier1 premium Institutes such as XLRI, TISS, etc.,
• 10-12 years of experience in HRBP role [Higher experienced candidates not considered]
• Must have worked in any of the manufacturing facilities for some-time
• Must have HR experience in any of the MNC companies
• Diversity candidates only preferred and knowledge of Kannada will be added advantage
THE JOB
As an HR Business Partner to the functional leadership team of India, this role will be responsible for all the HR interventions within the business. The role will report to the Head of HR India and will have a strong working relationship with the Director – of HR South Asia. This role will be initially an Individual contributor’s role but may eventually build up a team depending on the business growth.
The role will deal with all aspects of Country HR that including HR planning and Budgeting, Talent acquisition, Performance Management, Learning and Development, Talent Management, Total Rewards, and Organisation Design and Development.
The role would champion the Values and Ethics of the company and be the steward in the implementation of the Business Conduct Guidelines for the white-collar population.
The incumbent should be skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on complex business issues and processes excellent presentation skills with a prominent leadership presence.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• HR Planning and Budgeting - Develop the overall HR strategy and annual plan for the business based on market requirements and corporate guidelines.
• Organization Design - Review the organization structure along with the business teams, and advise the right structure to improve productivity create learner structure, and improve communication flow.
• Talent Acquisition - Work with the relevant stakeholders in the business to ensure that the right talent is hired in a timely manner with the regional TA Lead.
• Change Management - Will lead all change management initiatives relevant to the business. Will have the support of the Regional L&D Lead to execute the Change management initiatives.
• Performance Management - Will be the custodian of the Performance Management process for the business. In partnership with the GM, HR Head and the Country Leadership team ensure that the business priorities and objectives are cascaded to the individuals in a timely and accurate manner.
• Learning and Development - Ensure proper execution of the Learning and Development initiatives by working collaboratively with the regional L&OD Lead and corporate to deliver best-in-class training content relevant to the local needs.
• Talent Retention - Work in partnership with the Country Leadership Team to identify key talent based on the LDR framework and ensure strong execution of the development plans for each key talent.
• HR Budget - Prepare and monitor the HR Budget, review staffing / Structures periodically and ensure that the Budgets and Plans are suitably modified to cattle to the changing business needs.
• External Stakeholder Management - Actively liaise with and maintained cordial relationships with the Employer Associations and HR fraternity of other companies.
QUALIFICATION
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, and KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
• A professional qualification in Management or Human Resource Management from a Tier-1 Institute with 10 to 12 years of experience.
• Experience of working in the Multinational Manufacturing Industry with the Capability of navigating through a highly matrix
