Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Responsible for managing day to day operations of the HR department
• End to End management of HRIS
• Maintain employee personnel records
• Act as main point of contact for all HR related queries
• Conduct periodical 1-on-1 connect with employees
• Generate dashboards & reports like attendance, attrition, people pulse etc.
• Own the communication and engagement channels and be responsible for flow of deliverables for these functions
• Responsible for Payroll function
• Responsible for Rewards & Recognition program
• Performance Management – Ensuring end to end success of continuous review and yearly appraisals
• Employee Engagement - Monitor employee morale and company culture and design initiatives to enhance it
• Conduct exit interviews
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Performs other Duties as assigned
Requirements:
• MBA in Human Resources
• Prior work experience of 4 years in core HR
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent interpersonal skills and command over language – written and verbal
• Be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently
• Willing to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
