Role: US – HR Business Partner
Shift: EST Shift
Location: Work from Office (Sector-58, Noida)
Job Summary:
Supports the development, implementation, administration, and operation of Human Resources (HR) programs, practices and procedures. Addresses employee and manager questions and concerns regarding HR policies / programs. Ensures all systems, documentation and records are accurate, kept up to date, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. Areas of expertise include employment performance management, compensation, and benefits as well as organizational and employee development. Works closely with both HR and the business to develop and execute on HR strategies that enable accomplishment of business objectives. Coaches and advises leadership and employees on applicable policies and practices. At the senior levels, responsible for architecting new programs and processes to address business issues / problems identified.
Roles & responsibilities
· Work closely with management in the development, implementation, and execution of HR initiatives
· Facilitates employee, organizational, and leadership development efforts
· Provides hands-on HR consultancy and solutions across many areas including organization design, change management, employee engagement and culture, talent and performance management, career and leadership development, recruitment and retention, and role/compensation/incentive alignment
· Effectively partners with the leadership of assigned client groups as a thought leader and recommends solutions that improve business performance
· Drives the talent review process for assigned client groups, consults with and trains management on creating development plans
· Guides succession planning
· Understands and analyzes organizational capabilities within assigned client groups, proactively develops and implements organizational design and structure improvements to support delivery of the business strategy
· Provides coaching and support of managers on corrective action items including performance improvement plans and discipline
· Advises organization and partners with legal counsel on compliance matters related to local employment laws
· Maintains knowledge of legal requirements with respect to employment with the objective of mitigating risk and ensuring compliance with Company policies
· Partner with broader HR teams to understand corporate level programs and provide feedback on account/geographic specific impacts

· MUST BE FAMILAR WITH FEDERAL LABOR/EMPLOYMENT LAWS and abreast ith legal updates of the United States of America like: NLRA, COBRA, ERISA, WARN, USSERA, The VII of CIVIL Rights ACT 1+64, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ADEA, OSHA, PPACA, Worker Compensation Act, EPA, PDA, in addition to relevant state laws
· Advanced coaching, influencing, conflict resolution, negotiation, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem-solving skills
· Proven results in organizational development/redesign and ability to build strong partnerships at all levels within the organization.
· Excellent change management and project management skills
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
· Experience in leading workplace investigations
· Strong ability to influence leaders at all levels from front line managers to senior executives
· Advanced decision-making and problem-solving skills
· Advanced skill set as a successful coach to leaders and employees related to work challenges, change management efforts, managing poor performers etc.
· Advanced analytical, reporting and quantitative capabilities
Education and Experience
· Undergraduate degree in Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
· Typically requires a minimum of 12-15 years relevant experience
