Being a core part of the HR team, you’ll be accountable for a wide range of tasks primarily talent acquisition, employee onboarding and orientation, employee engagement, learning and development and more so be a trusted HR partner to employees across and ensure they gain the best culture experience at Raise.

Expected Responsibilities:

- Manage Talent acquisition and conduct end to end onboarding of employees. To ensure closure of position are closed within the expected TAT via usage of job portals and social media.

- Support the business by providing assistance in identifying, developing, facilitating and monitoring training programs for employees.

- Ensure employee queries, requests and grievances are responded as per the expected TAT.

- Drive a positive work environment founded on core values and ethics in accordance with organisational vision and practices via HR initiatives.

- Manage the employee engagement calendar all year through, making sure all activities planned are well executed. Tracking effectiveness of each activity and share timely insights for employee engagement.

- Manager employer branding initiatives in order to build and promote the organization’s reputation as a great place to work.

Expected Skills:

- Graduation in any field. MBA/Post Graduation will be preferred.

- 4 to 6 years of proven experience as an HR or working in a similar role.

- High sense of ownership with learning attitude, critical thinker with solution oriented approach.

- Passion for HR with strong execution skills and an employee first approach.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrate ability to build effective relationships and trusted HR

- Think organisation first and aim for improvisation in HR processes/ initiatives if required.

- Deadline driven, resilient, self-motivated, analytical approach, eye for detail are key essentials for the role.

- Strong ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced and changing environment.
