About the Role:
The role caters to the Field Sales & Servicing vertical at IndiaMART
. KRA’s
1. Driving the overall HR strategy for the allocated Business Teams
2. Partnering with Key Business Stakeholders on HR Issues and recommending actions on all People related issues in the region.
3 Driving Engagement & Retention across the region and recommending process/policy improvements to HR/Business Leadership in order to enable the organization to create an engaged and productive workforce.
4. Driving Productivity in the region through various Performance Management/Talent Management Initiatives
5. Working/Partnering with business leaders on building an organization for the future
What are we looking for?
1. 1-3 yrs of HRBP/HR Generalist experience in a reputed organization after college.
2. Willing to challenge yourself and come up with innovative solutions to solve People Issues.
Qualification: MBA (10th & 12th must be 70% and above)
