Job Description
• Implement corporate policy at the business unit or division level.
• Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Facilitate organization and leadership development efforts, working with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues.
• Develop and drive employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Works closely with management and employees to optimize work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Conduct weekly meetings with respective business units.
• Consult with the business unit, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the legal department as needed/required.
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (, coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
• Develop employment terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
• Identify, develop, deliver, and evaluate training needs for business units and individual executive coaching.
• Assist with administering talent management and succession planning activities.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Excellent verbal, written communication and Presentation skills; written and spoken fluency in English

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Unquestionable integrity and ability to process and safeguard highly confidential information.
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
• Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite or related software.
Education and Experience
• Subject matter expertise in resolving complex employee relations matters.
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
• MBA in HR or equivalent preferred but not required.
• SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential will be an added advantage
