Job Summary:
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in ExamRoom.AI. This position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. The HRBP maintains an effective level of business acumen regarding the business vertical, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
• May oversee the scheduling, assignments, and daily workflow of subordinate staff in the recruitment department.
• May assist with constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Manages the complete HRIS/HRMS system for the organization.
• Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for various open positions.
• Manages recruitment and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions (IT and non-IT).
• Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Conducts or acquires background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
• Conduct weekly/monthly employee engagement activities.
• Manages employees' visa application, travel, and accommodation-related activities.
• Reviews, tracks, and administers SOPs and policies and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments.
• Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
• Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, PIP and investigations.
• Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommends best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Required skills and abilities:
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management or a related field is required.
• 3- 5 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience in a dynamic environment is required.
• Experience supporting talent acquisition, performance management, talent management, benefits, and work process improvement; knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS/Payroll administration.
• Strong project management abilities and process orientation as well as a high tolerance for ambiguity amidst change.
• Strong data analytical capability and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with broad groups of people.
• Ability to develop partnerships with leadership and influence key business decisions.
• Proficiency in Windows, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferred:
• Master's degree in HR, Business, Management, or a related field.
• Change management experience.
• Previous experience supporting employees in a corporate environment and working with an international company.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and continuously evolving environment.
• Experience working with remote employees from a variety of locations.
• Human Resources Certification: SHRM-CP/SCP.
