The ideal candidate will possess
Proven 8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources position for a manufacturing or industrial company
Demonstrated industry knowledge and understanding of HR systems and databases
In-depth understanding of labor law and HR best practices
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
BS/MS degree in Human Resources or related field
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent people management skills and a strong ability to adapt to change

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our growth and strategic objectives, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR issues.
