Job Description: -
· Managing employee onboarding and Induction
· Employee Engagement - Experience in organizing various Listening and engagement activities
· Retention & Exit Management - Experience in getting into retention discussions with employees and managing Resignation and employee Full and Final Pay-outs
· Performance Management - Experience in managing employee performance reviews and annual increments
· Engagement Surveys- Experience in holding various engagement surveys and managing action plans based on results
· Experience in Conflict Management and Resolution
· Experience in managing Corrective & Disciplinary Policy Management
Requirements: -
· Candidate should be preferable MBA HR/ or with an extensive experience in BHR
· Minimum experience of 5+ years in Business HR
· People Oriented
· Good Communication Skills
· Excellent Listening & Presentation Skills
· Thorough knowledge of MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint
· Knowledge of HR Best Practices
· Good Interpersonal Skills
· Experience in Exit and Retention Management
