The Opportunity:
The role will be focused on driving business success, the HR Business Partner provides HR leadership, strategic and operational, to an assigned geographic client base, to ensure the company achieves its business goals.
Providing proactive HR consulting services in relation to Talent Acquisition and Management; Total Rewards; Employee Relations, Organizational Design and Restructuring as well as Employee Engagement and People Manager/Leadership development. Additionally, this includes the identification and resolution of critical issues for the geography and client groups and the implementation of HR policies and practices that align with global HR strategic objectives.
The role reports directly to Director, HR.
You are great at:
Supports leaders in the region and collaborates with larger HRBP team, and HR CoE partners to build & implement talent development solutions that create strategic capacity and capability for transforming businesses.
Partnering with leadership teams to understand key business priorities and HR implications.
Responsible for supporting cross-functional cultural change in the region and execution of talent programs.
Understanding overall line of business metrics, what they mean, and presenting to leaders to enable decisions and drive change.
Workforce planning at a regional level. Enable business leaders to drive people metrics.
Supporting leaders and managers in initiatives such as comp planning, leadership development, employee communications, organizational design, change management and performance management.
Performance management, talent retention & merit planning
Leadership development & succession planning
Share periodical insights around employee demographics, attrition tend etc.
Provide consulting to people leaders on matters pertaining to performance management.
Conducting exit & stay interviews, generating insights and driving continuous improvement.
What it takes:
8-12 Years of Human Resource experience in a generalist / HRBP capacity/expert in any of HC CoE
Clear business acumen, evidencing the use of insights in the business environment to improve talent and business outcomes.
Strong analytic capability can identify and diagnose pressing business challenges, uncover insights to enhance decision making and can align organizational strategy to talent decisions.
Strong stakeholder credibility and network. To be influential in optimizing stakeholder collaboration. To have the ability to present powerful presentations that drive stakeholders to action and be thoughtful in overcoming objections and secure stakeholder agreement to HR recommendations
University degree, preferably in business/Human Resources.
Demonstrates personal leadership through personal ownership for the success of the organization, achieved through candour, creative debate and listening, coaching and a commitment to self-improvement
Drives excellence in execution enabling breakthrough results through organizational alignment, courageous action, thought leadership and accountability
Seen as a technical/functional specialist. Contributes to team success by providing guidance and assisting in the coordination of project/function work.
Data Judgement – expert in MS Excel & MS Powerpoint, applying judgement to data to support business decision making.
Business Acumen – using insights into the environment to improve talent and business outcomes.
Organizational Acumen – Using insights of the organization to improve talent and business outcomes
Talent Management Acumen – applying workforce planning knowledge, engagement strategies and succession management
Leadership – Persuading and influencing line partners and other key stakeholders
Leveraging networks – using professional networks in strategic activities to achieve better talent outcomes
