People Business Partner - Hybrid Role - Office in Bicester Village 3 times per week

As our People Business Partner, you will be adding value as a strategic, commercial business partner to the designated Central Functions teams.
You will be coaching people leaders to raise the bar, focusing on talent development and growth, whilst ensuring our colleagues perform at their best every day.
What you will be doing
• Proactively support the success of the ongoing performance management process to drive a high performing culture throughout the Central teams
• Develop and deliver against the strategic resource plan for the Central teams in partnership with the hiring managers
• Consider external best practise, leverage internal innovation and creative ideas to deliver an improved people service to designated Central/Village teams
• Be the expert of employee relations practice and issues across jurisdiction
• Working in close collaboration with all People Teams at Central level, to ensure that our Colleagues are at the heart of everything we do
• Building your commercial awareness, so you can proactively understand and deliver against the needs of the Business
• Nurturing respectful relationships and embracing diversity of voices
