ILPL is seeking a proactive and agile Human Resource Business Partner to support end-to-end HR operations across its expanding network of units in India.
This is a field-intensive, impact-driven role that calls for a well-rounded HR professional who enjoys traveling, solving people-related challenges, and shaping a high-performance culture on the ground.
???? Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with ILPL leadership and the HR team to align manpower strategies with operational goals.
• Support talent acquisition processes, onboarding, and documentation across all locations.
• Coordinate timely and compliant payroll processes in partnership with the HR Operations team.
• Implement training, development, and employee engagement initiatives that foster motivation and growth.
• Serve as the first point of contact for grievance resolution and ensure ethical, employee-friendly practices at all ILPL entities.
• Maintain accurate HR records, support audits, and ensure statutory compliance under HR policy guidelines.
???? Who You Are
• 4–7 years of experience in HR operations or coordination, preferably in multi-location setups.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, compliance, and payroll systems.
• Effective communicator with a hands-on, problem-solving approach.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and working with distributed teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
